Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us via email first. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, undyed, and kept in its original package.
If you have any problems with your order/products/payment, please contact us via email. If you return the items without contacting us first, we cannot ensure your refund.
We recommend you ship all returns via USPS with tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally you will receive your refund within 3-7 business days.
